Between February and March, numerous applications and nominations were received for the renowned Caesar® Immobilienward. A total of 163 submissions testify to the high commitment and innovation spirit of the domestic real estate industry. Now the association jury has made its decision and each nominated three finalists: inside in eight categories. As a established industry prize, the Cäsar® recognizes extraordinary services and formative personalities in the real estate industry every year.
On May 7, the association jury met and from a total of 163 qualified submissions the finalist: intended for the Caesar® Immobilienward 2025. The jury consists of representatives: inside of those partner associations who support the Cäsar® – and thus brings a well -founded, cross -sector perspective into the selection. This year the jury consists of Alexander Bosak (CEO Immqu), Ernst Eichinger (Advisory Board RICS), Ulrike Höreth (board member Fiabci), Markus Pusta (board member ÖVI), Irene Rief-Hauser (board member Salon Real) and Johannes Wild (Deputy Association of the Real Estate and Vermis Freyers.

Caesar Lebenswerk: The award winner for this category was directly appointed by the association jury and, like the winners: inside of all categories, remains strictly secret to the gala.
Choice by the association jury and the great jury of experts
The multitude of submissions lead to committed discussions every year within the association jury when selecting the finalist: inside. This first jury round forms the basis for further decision-making. At the beginning of June, the big jury of experts meets to determine from the circle of the finalists: inside the award winners: inside – the future Caesars. The specialist jury is made up of around 35 experts: inside of the real estate industry – including representatives: Inside the category associations brokers: In, property manager: in and developer: in, specialist universities, specialist journalist: inside, real estate associations and former award winners: inside of the life’s category. The Caesaren is chosen in the second ballot and under notarial supervision. The result remains confidential until the solemn gala.
About the Caesar
Since 2006, the Caesar® has been awarded to outstanding personalities in the Austrian real estate industry – a total of 141 award winners have been awarded: inside. The ceremonial Caesar Gala 2025 will take place on Thursday, September 11th, in the historic ambience of the Schönbrunner Schlosstheater.
