Double award for the Generali at FMVÖ recommender awards

The Generali Versicherung was awarded twice at the FMVÖ recovery awards in 2025: In addition to the special prize as “Insurance with the Best Customers: Interior Advice”, she also received a seal for “very good customers: internal orientation”. The award was awarded on May 6th as part of the GALA of Finance Marketing Association Austria (FMVÖ) in the Vienna Sofiensele.

The Recommender Award was awarded for the 19th time. This was launched by the Finance Marketing Association and distinguishes Austrian banks and insurance companies that receive the highest willingness to recommend. For this purpose, 8,000 banking and insurance customers are asked comprehensively by phone and online. The willingness to recommend is decisive for companies. This year the award was under the motto “Value of confidence: challenges as an opportunity” and included twelve categories.

Excellent customer satisfaction

In addition to the special prize as “insurance with the best customer: internal advice” and a seal for “very good customers: internal orientation”, the Generali only recently scored trust in the subject. This is the result of Telemark Marketing at the end of 2024. In this survey of below 1,200 people, the Generali secured the top position among insurance with a net trust score and thus achieved the highest value in comparison.
