In fact, the publication mentioned is a self -medium of the district, which was created in the legally permissible framework of district communication. ****
The publisher is the district itself – not a political party. The brochure provides factual information about projects and activities in the district and only represents people in their respective function as district, city or municipal council members.
“The so-called head ban is neither violated here, nor does the media cooperation and funding transparency law (MEDKF-TG) come to application-contrary to the completely failed interpretation of the FPÖ,” says Novak. According to Novak, the interpretation of the MedKF-TG presented by the FPÖ is “simply nonsense”.
“It is completely legitimate and necessary for districts to inform their citizens: inside about their work. The FPÖ discredited factual communication just because it apparently has nothing to contribute to district development,” explains Novak
