In Austria, every fifteenth woman of childbearing age is affected by endometriosis. What very few know: The more or less severe pain during menstruation or sexual intercourse are often an indication of endometriosis, which in turn can lead to unfulfilled desire to have children. Reason enough that Lower Austria’s largest fertility clinics participate in the global endometriosis initiative “Endo-March”.
