Wiener Kinderfreunde receives the seal of approval for occupational health promotion for the second time

For the second time, the Viennese children’s friends, the largest private kindergarten carrier in Vienna, received the seal of approval for occupational health promotion (BGF) yesterday. For this, 15 quality criteria must be met – from the need for needs to the participation of the employees: inside in the project, target group culture and communication channels to results control and sustainability.

Accordingly, the two managing directors of the Viennese children’s friends Alexandra Fischer and Daniel Bohmann are particularly proud that they are the first time to receive this seal of approval for the second time. “We invest in the health of our employees: inside because they are important to us as humans. Of course, their personal responsibility is an important criterion, but as an employer we also question the working conditions and find suitable solutions within the scope of our possibilities for the needs of different target groups, ”says Daniel Bohmann.

X’s and concept for high professional requirements

Alexandra Fischer emphasizes: “A lot of patience, attention and physical fitness are necessary for working with very young children. Therefore, it is our job to do everything possible so that our employees: inside can meet these requirements. ” With the AUVA, special concepts for ergonomic work easier, for example, were developed and implemented when changing and playing. There is an app for anonymous complaint, single and team supervision, suction option at all levels, x’Sunde seminars, and x’Sund consultants: inside, mentoring and support for young professionals: inside, optimized communication channels, manuals for heat measures and noise prevention and much more (in the attached overview).

With around 150 kindergartens and after -school care (including 30 company kindergartens), the Vienna children’s friends are the largest private kindergarten wearer in Vienna. They employ around 2,000 employees in their facilities: inside.
