Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: EngH) announced today the takeover of Margento R&D Doo, a European provider of solutions for driving price determination, the account -based ticketing (“ABT”), automatic vehicle persecution and payment transactions based in Slovenia, through a hundred percent subsidiary.
