“CLEVER – the puzzle show” at 8:15 p.m
Cabaret artist and presenter Clemens Maria Schreiner and Nicole Fürhapter, team leader controlling SOS Children’s Villages and Mensa Austria member, play in “Team Brains”. They compete against “Team Clever”, which consists of three friends: Philipp Gintenstorfer, software consultant from Lower Austria, Alexander Ruth, electronics broker and analytics consultant from Vienna, and Benedikt Zörfus, fiber optic planner from Styria. The teams demonstrate their skills with, among other things, increased counting and tricky puzzles. Clemens Maria Schreiner even breaks into a sweat when colored objects are rotated until they match each other. And a puzzle from the field of language also needs to be solved. Both teams showcase their extraordinary memory and ensure a surprising result. In each of the five game rounds – on the topics of numbers, perception, logic, language and memory – 2,000 euros can be won. Will a team even manage to take home the 10,000 euros in the end? This week, “Team Brains” has again agreed to donate its share of the profits to LICHT INS DUNKEL.

Many cabaret artists complain about the aberrations of our time, the absurdity of everyday life, the pitfalls of the equipment. But hardly anyone does it with such feeling and density of punchlines as Klaus Eckel, who is loved and praised by audiences and critics alike. About “First the good news” one could read:
“Hardly anyone can ignite such fireworks of delight with such power of words and thoughts.”

Oliver Baier welcomes the new year and his advice team with a squeaky, happy show theme: “Rubber Duck Day”. To what circumstance does stork Ronny owe his nickname “problem stork”? Why do students in the USA design particularly ugly sweaters? And when it comes to the celebrity question, Lizzy Engstler from the advice team wants to know: What is a “bush sample”?
