In the summer of 2025, the Bergbahnen Dreiländereck in the Villach – Faaker See – Ossiacher See region will resume summer operations. The start of the winter season is planned for 2025 before Christmas. Locals take over the mountain railways 100 percent.

Summer season start in early July 2025
Due to the comprehensive preparatory work, the 2025 summer season is expected to start in early July. The aim is to create the first new mountain adventure attractions in 2025. From 2026, an earlier start to the summer season is scheduled.
Winter start of the season 2025/26 – before Christmas
“We know from our own observation that the temperatures on the mountain and the north side make it possible to create very good skiing between Christmas and March, especially near the valley. All the prerequisites for this is one of our priorities. The three-country corner again becomes an attractive-related ski catering again.
