Yutong has its “glocal” strategy in 2024 with new technologies including its Dual-Mode Transmission (DMT) hybrid system at events in Mexico, Kazakhstan and Mongolia, as well as its new C-Series coaches, the Van 6 and a range of other exciting sustainable transport innovations such as the DMT Hybrid H10.
Yutong has also expanded its international networkwhich provides in-depth insights into Yutong Bus’s production strength, research expertise and innovative advances in new energy technology. The company also opened its first new energy KD kit factory in Qatar. By 2024, 16 local production facilities will be in operation worldwide.
Yutong has demonstrated a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility in all of its markets. The company performed in March Help with floods in Kazakhstanincluding with essential goods and the replacement of vehicle parts. During the Green Travel Week von Brisbane Yutong promoted environmental awareness and received recognition from the AWCPD for supporting women and children. Together with local dealer Pelican, Yutong has also carried out carbon-free forest planting in the UK.

- 46 airport shuttle buses for Spain
- 600 ZK6116HG buses for Mongolia, 274 hybrid buses for Mexico, 100 trolleybuses for Kazakhstan and 500 V6 light buses for Latin America
Yutong buses have proven themselves under extreme environmental conditions. In January 2024 the E18PRO traveled 374 kilometers in Kazakhstan at -25 °C, while the U12 was the only Chinese new energy bus to cross the Arctic Circle. The E11PRO showed remarkable efficiency at 60°C ground temperature, consuming only 0.74 kWh/kmduring the T15E achieved an impressive range of 609 km at -20°C in Finland. Last October the C12E in Australia traveled 555 kilometers on a single charge.
