The Vorarlberg master chef Mike P. Pansi (born 1979), President of the Austrian Culinary Association, was unanimously elected “Continental Director Central Europe” at the World Congress of Culinary Associations in Singapore. As the first Austrian and youngest candidate, he will represent the interests of European culinary associations on a global level and serve on the board of WORLDCHEFS, the world’s largest professional organization for chefs. Pansi focuses on promoting education, training and professional development, as well as competitions and sustainability, to further strengthen culinary standards in Europe and worldwide.
