Floods, mudslides, great suffering – the dramatic floods hit the whole of Lower Austria hard. In many places there is also massive damage to companies in Lower Austria.
“We provide unbureaucratic and quick support. The financial assistance will be doubled from a maximum of 20,000 to 40,000 euros,” said WKNÖ President Wolfgang Ecker. “As the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce, we support our entrepreneurs – as with this support fund from WKNÖ, WKÖ and SVS, which has now been massively increased,” emphasizes Ecker. In the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce alone, an amount of 15 million euros was reserved for this measure in this exceptional situation.
“The first point of contact for our companies are our WKNÖ district and branch offices throughout Lower Austria. The doubling is an important sign of solidarity for the entire Lower Austrian economy,” adds WKNÖ director Johannes Schedlbauer.
