Reminder press conference: HIV: From medical breakthroughs to social integration
Vienna (OTS) –

HIV is still a topic that is not often discussed. Often out of fear, shame or ignorance. The aim is to raise people’s awareness of the issue of HIV around World Sexual Health Day and to clearly show what is needed to improve the current situation. The latest evaluated market research data and the HIV perspective paper, which are presented in this context, clarify the positions of the experts. The paper not only traces the current situation of HIV in Austria, but also looks towards a future in which we work together to overcome stigma, ensure access to treatment and promote education in all population groups.
