In recent years, the number of employees seeking help from AK Rechtsberatung has been steadily increasing. A key reason for this is that some companies are finding increasingly creative ways to make welfare fraud part of their business model. That is why the AK set up the Anti-Fraud Office at the end of 2023 in order to be able to take targeted and systematic action against wage and social fraud by companies.
