“Even if you don’t believe it on the EVN executive floor: an additional payment of €4 – €8,000 on the energy bill is something that neither private households nor the KUMs we also represent can simply afford. What is crucial, however, is that EVN has not fulfilled its legal and contractual obligations. It may even be that they deliberately failed to inform customers in order to prevent them from switching to cheaper providers.”
