The dividend announcement was published on June 14, 2024. 1. Original dividend announcement According to the dividend announcement of June 14, 2024, the payment of the dividend was planned to be processed via stock rights (ISIN AT0000A3DG92), which were scheduled to be booked into the custodian bank of the respective shareholder on June 25, 2024 for each bearer share, whereby the stock right would have entitled to receive the dividend, step by step against the transfer of the stock right. With the dividend announcement, the company has reserved the right to change the modalities of dividend payment. 2. Changed dividend announcement For the dividend for the 2023 financial year approved at the Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024, the dividend will be paid out directly via OeKB CSD GmbH to the shareholders’ respective custodian bank on June 25, 2024. The dividend is paid out less 27.5% capital gains tax (KESt) and is credited to the custodian bank. Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna acts as the paying agent. Therefore, no stock rights will be recorded for the shareholders with regard to the dividend for the 2023 financial year. Accordingly, there will be no reimbursement of expenses.
