Agnes Hartl, AFI Marketing and Communications

Vienna (OTS) From now on, the young marketing specialist will act as the mouthpiece of aluminum and metal construction in Austria. Their vision is a confidently communicating Austrian metal construction community that provides well-founded information about the material properties and the technological advantages, design, ecology and economics of aluminum constructions. In the construction sector, aluminum windows and facades are increasingly preferred due to climate, ecology and circular economy issues. The advantages of the material are appreciated by architects and builders as well as investors.

Agnes Hartl, AFI Marketing and Communication:
The AFI has opened its communications network, which has been tried and tested for three decades, to all metal construction companies and also to companies that deliver to or commission the Austrian metal construction industry.

Building on aluminum – the AFI shows how
The concept for changing the AFI business model was developed by the AFI board and implemented by Harald Greger, the long-time managing director. With a new strategy, the entire Austrian metal construction industry is being networked. Direct services in the areas of advertising, PR and social media will support and significantly strengthen the partner companies in their communication on the market. This means: image work for the whole and support for the individual. Under the motto “Construction on aluminum – the AFI shows how” the association will communicate its new communication concept in the metal construction industry to raise information about aluminum windows and facades.

Neue Don’t
A new era begins in the Aluminum Window Institute and also in the Austrian metal construction industry. The AFI board responsible for this – Thomas Sattler, Wilhelm Pichler and Wolfgang Krenn – has taken over the overall representation of the association and Anton Resch – the expert industry professional and AMFT managing director – takes on the new role of AFI-AMFT coordinator. Agnes Hartl, the new AFI face, communicates with youthful freshness.

New business model
Due to the new business model, which will be active from 2023 and focuses on Austrian metal construction companies, the AFI is active in the construction industry in cooperation with the AMFT and together with system providers, surface finishing companies, glass producers and other companies or organizations. The focus is on the ALU-FENSTER brand, which has a level of awareness of around 30 percent among the Austrian population and a correspondingly high brand value.

New strategy – the AFI shows how
With the new strategic direction, the AFI – Aluminum Window Institute in cooperation with the AMFT – Association of Manufacturers of Metal Windows/Doors/Gates/Facades is giving all companies active and supplying Austrian metal construction the opportunity to further promote this trend. The enabler is the common brand with high awareness, concentrated PR and effective networking for metal construction companies and everyone who wants to grow with us in an industry that creates high-tech custom-made suits for buildings every day.

The entry ticket to the joint activities of the Aluminum Window Institute and thus to the who’s who of the aluminum and metal construction industry in Austria is the acquisition of an AFI license.
