Vienna (OTS) – In restaurants and hotels, at buffets, catering and events of all kinds, large quantities of good, already prepared food are left over. Passing on this food is difficult for legal and hygiene reasons. That’s why Tafel Österreich developed the TafelBox together with Kastner and Pacovis ten years ago – a doubly sustainable solution for taking food with you.
In 2024, Tafel Österreich will celebrate its 25th anniversary and present the completely renewed TafelBox 2.0 – now in a new, even more sustainable design. In addition to a track record of food rescue, you can expect input on trends and sustainability in the areas of gastronomy, catering, bulk consumption and packaging.
