At “Hungry for more”, Vienna Tourism brings the city’s gastronomic diversity to the fore together with Guide Michelin star chef Lukas Mraz – authentic and unadorned. Now the award-winning YouTube series is starting its second season. In episode one “On top and in between” Mraz explores the multifaceted world of sandwiches in Vienna.

The first episode of the second season “Hungry for more” takes the international star chef and host of the format, Lukas Mraz, on a culinary exploration tour through Vienna. From the variety of rolls from the traditional Viennese business “Trzesniewski”, which is over a hundred years old and still hard to pronounce, to the delicate tartar pralines from “Tartarie Marie” to the cult Ferhat kebab in Favoriten, Mraz tastes his way through both meat and vegetarian options Enjoyments of Vienna. At “Meinl am Graben”, the renowned chef, who won the German cooking show “Kitchen Impossible” in April, puts together his “ultimate” sandwich, which is heavy on ingredients. “Hungry for more” has had around 900,000 views since the series launched last year. Together with the TikTok series “Will it Schnitzel?She is on the shortlist in several categories for the CCA Awards on May 23, the country’s most important creative prize. In the TikTok series aimed at younger target groups, Mraz tested how Viennese specialties (and whatever else the community wanted) tasted when thrown into the deep fryer. About Lukas Mraz

Lukas Mraz – whose great-grandfather already ran a Viennese coffee house and grandfather a Viennese pub – cooks alongside his father at “Mraz und Sohn” in Vienna Brigittenau. The traditional Viennese company with two Michelin stars is now in its third generation. Together with top Austrian chefs Philip Rachinger and Felix Schellhorn, Mraz founded the cooking collective “Healthy Boy Band”, which is shaking up the international luxury chef scene. The idea: to combine cuisine with art and to rethink gastronomy.
