38 XCMG trainees obtain IHK certification in a groundbreaking German-Chinese program

Xuzhou, China (ots/PRNewswire) In a significant milestone for international vocational training, 38 trainees from the XCMG Technician College have successfully passed the strict German certification as industrial mechanics (IHK). The ceremony, which honored the first cohort of the German-Chinese “Blue Sea Elite” class, celebrated their comprehensive assessment in various phases and areas of competence.
