The exhibition for the anniversary looks back on a city history, which is always reflected in the newspaper and with its sellers: inside – from the activist beginnings of the association, the Viennese victim ball and the protests for free trips to the Corona period up to today’s use for sellers: inside in financial crisis situations.
“30 years of Augustin – More than one newspaper” finds From September 18 to November 23, 2025 in the Community Gallery in the Vienna Museum on Karlsplatz – with free admission.
A guided tour exclusively for media representatives: The club offers inside September 17th at 11 a.m.

The real social network
Since 1995 the Augustin-Seller: inside to the cityscape of Vienna. The approximately 500 colors: inside are affected by poverty, like 1.2 million people across Austria.

The Augustin appears every two weeks. The seller remains from the sale of the newspaper: half of the sales price inside. The social project Augustin But also offers connection and self -empowerment for people who are often not heard.

The 30-year activities take place as part of Shift, a program of the City of Vienna.
