The non -profit housing association BWSG has completed its first project in the Salzburg community Eugendorf called “Amelie”. Amelie stands for attractive apartments for singles and couples in the pulsating quartet Strass. After one and a half years of construction, residential building councilor Martin Zauner and Mayor Robert Bimmer, together with representatives of the BWSG in the Flachgau market town of Eugendorf, hand over a total of 28 new, funded rental apartments. With a total investment of around EUR 12 million, the country’s housing subsidy of the country has made it available for EUR 5.7 million.
Handover of the apartments
On Monday, June 23, the 28 subsidized apartments will be handed over to the tenants.
