260 children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 13 experience a week full of science, research and creativity at IMC Krems. From 7th to 11th July, the campus is already transformed into a place for the 18th time where young talents sniff university air and playfully deal with exciting future topics.
Science to touch
In a total of 37 lectures and 55 workshops, young students deal with topics such as astronomy, 3D printing, first aid, physics experiments or climate protection. They learn from real professors, research themselves and discover their own strengths.
This year’s motto “It’s all in me” focuses on the potential of the children. “”We would like to show how much curiosity, creativity and research spirit is in every single child
“, Project Manager Bianca Taller emphasizes.
A worthy conclusion
The ceremonial conclusion includes a sponsorship in the IMC Krems event hall. Together with families, teachers and guests from science, politics and business-including State Councilor Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister-the children celebrate their success.
Small contribution, big effect
Thanks to the support of numerous sponsors and partners, participation for parents only costs ten euros per child – and offers a high -quality, varied program with a sustainable learning effect.
