Vienna (OTS) – Due to excavation work by installation departments and damage caused over time, the roadway on Dr.-Nekowitsch-Straße between house number 36 and Stammersdorfer Straße is being repaired. The City of Vienna – Road Administration and Road Construction will begin construction work on Tuesday, July 16th.
Traffic measures
During construction, Dr.-Nekowitsch-Straße will be a temporary one-way street from number 36 to and in the direction of Stammersdorfer Straße. Hagenbrunner Straße and Steineisenweg will be created as temporary dead ends at the junction with Dr.-Nekowitsch-Straße and Stammersdorfer Straße respectively. The diversion from Hagenbrunner Straße leads via Clessgasse or Gernengasse. Public transport on Stammersdorfer Straße in the direction of Strebersdorf will be redirected via Freiheitsplatz and Josef-Flandorfer-Straße. The “Freiheitsplatz”, “Liebleitnergasse” and “Hagenbrunner Straße” stops on bus lines 501 and 510 in the direction of Strebersdorf will be temporarily relocated to Josef-Flandorfer-Straße.
