Vienna (OTS) – On May 2nd it was that time again: Therme Wien fans who arrived in bathrobes received free entry from 4 p.m. At this year’s now fifth Vienna Bathrobe Day, almost 1,500 visitors were counted. Even a heavy downpour couldn’t stop the bathrobe fans.
Host Nicole Solchinger, Head of Thermal Spa & Treatments is pleased: “Our bathrobe holiday is registered as a fixed date in many people’s calendars. Seeing them follow our call and travel to us in such good spirits, some of them in very funny bathrobes, makes us all proud.”
“Meet and Greet in a bathrobe” with Dr. Bohl
For the fans of Vienna Bathrobe Day, the “meet and greet” with Dr. Bohl comedian duo another highlight. The Instagram stars shortened the waiting time until the start at 4 p.m. with the best entertainment and selfies. “I’ve never seen so many sexy people in bathrobes. Great atmosphere despite a short-term downpour”

The variety of bathrobes resembled a catwalk
True to the motto “Live is better in a bathrobe”, the waiting guests were in a good mood from 3 p.m. onwards in their stylish and sometimes extravagant thermal bath outfits. The bathrobe show was like a catwalk of superlatives. You could see everything from velvet and silk to lace and floral patterns. Not to forget various variations of swimming caps and other fun swimming paraphernalia.
Thermal relaxation and party atmosphere
While some people came to Bathrobe Day because of the unique atmosphere, others were looking for the classic, relaxing thermal bath experience. Those guests who were more looking for peace and quiet booked a Relax! Day vacation with the opportunity to retreat to the Relax Lounge. As a gift, they received a “LeStoff” bathrobe embroidered with “Fan der Therme Wien” worth 79.90 euros.
