In its anniversary year, the ÖHGB Styria is once again showing its strength as an interest group that has its finger on the pulse of the times.
Graz (OTS) – On June 14, 2024 opens conference leader FH-Doz. University lecturer Mag. Christoph Kothbauer hosted the 6th Styrian Owners Day in the Old University of Graz. From 8:00 a.m., visitors will be able to experience 12 top speakers up close on topics such as “tenancy and housing law”, “climate fit for the future” or “AI applications in the real estate industry” or take part online.
From 5:00 p.m the big one follows 115th anniversary celebration for the anniversary of the ÖHGB Steiermark with prominent greetings and highlights such as the reading by the well-known actor Prof. August Schmölzer, the sounds of classical and jazz from the duo Georg Gratzer & Klemens Bittmann, a wellness weekend raffle for 2 people and that Chill out with a buffet and drinks to round things off and network.

On June 15th from 8:00 p.m For the younger generation it’s called “Summer House Clubbing” over the roofs of Graz at the Schloßberg open air on the terrace of the Aiola upstairs. Free entry, welcome drinks and beats from DJ TOMK for real estate enthusiasts and those who want to become one.
