Vienna (OTS) – On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the City of Vienna – Road Administration and Road Construction will begin the construction of an island forehead between the road and the track at the intersection of Laxenburger Strasse and Troststrasse. This structural measure means that pedestrians when crossing Laxenburger Straße are better protected from traffic turning from Troststraße into Laxenburger Straße. On Laxenburger Straße in the direction of travel into the city, immediately after the intersection with Troststraße, one of two lanes remains free. All turning options remain open.
